By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform your content solely to operate the Service.

You retain all ownership rights to content you upload.

4.4 Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload content that is:

Illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
Infringing on patents, trademarks, copyrights, or other IP rights

Harmful to or exploiting minors

4.5 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to monitor, review, and remove any content violating these Terms. Repeat violators may have their accounts terminated.

5. Purchases and Payments

5.1 One-Time Purchases

All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law or our Refund Policy.

5.2 Pricing and Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of purchase
You warrant you are authorized to use the designated payment method

5.3 Taxes

7. Subscription Plans

Premium features available on recurring billing cycles (monthly, annual, or as specified) until cancelled.

7.2 Free Trial

Access premium features at no charge during the trial period
If not cancelled before trial ends, your subscription auto-converts to paid

7.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You will be notified of price changes before they take effect.

7.4 Cancellation

Cancel anytime via account settings or by emailing support@aapkaorder.com. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods (except as required by law).

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Ownership of Service

The Service — including software, features, content, and materials — is owned by Aapka Tech Labs Pvt Ltd or its licensors and protected under Indian and international IP laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or business use in accordance with these Terms.

"Aapka Order" and all associated logos, marks, and service marks are proprietary to Aapka Tech Labs Pvt Ltd. You may not use them without prior written consent.

9. DMCA and Copyright Infringement

10. User Feedback and Suggestions

Our total liability for all claims shall not exceed:

18. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

18.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, attempt informal resolution by contacting us at https://aapkaorder.com/contact. If unresolved within 60 days, either party may initiate formal proceedings.

18.2 Arbitration

Unresolved disputes shall be settled by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India, conducted in English in Uttar Pradesh, India. The decision is final and binding.

18.3 Class Action Waiver

Both parties waive the right to participate in class action or consolidated proceedings. All disputes must be on an individual basis.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Non-arbitrable disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.

20. Termination

20.1 Termination by You

Delete your account at any time via account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, you lose access to the Service and associated content.

20.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or conduct deemed harmful.

20.3 Effect of Termination

Surviving provisions include: ownership rights, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability. Prior obligations remain enforceable.

21. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted at https://aapkaorder.com/ with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, stop using the Service.

23. Miscellaneous Provisions
