1. Overview

This policy applies to all purchases made through Aapka Order. By purchasing on our platform, you agree to this policy. We are committed to a fair and transparent refund process for both customers and the business.


2. Refund Eligibility Period

Refund window: 7 days from the date of purchase

  • The 7-day period begins from the date of purchase confirmation or product/service delivery, whichever applies.
  • Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted unless required by law or approved at our sole discretion.

3. Conditions for Refund

3.1 Original Packaging Required

  • All products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging
  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact

3.2 Proof of Purchase Required

  • A valid receipt, order confirmation email, invoice, or transaction receipt must be provided

Accessories All manuals, warranty cards, and free gifts must be returned
Digital products Not eligible if accessed or downloaded

4. Sale and Discounted Items

Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are eligible for refunds under the same terms as full-priced items. All conditions in Section 3 still apply.


5. Product Exchange Policy

To request an exchange:

  1. Email support@aapkaorder.com within 7 days of purchase
  2. Provide your order number and product details
  3. Follow return instructions from our support team
  4. Wait for the returned product to be inspected before receiving a replacement

Note: If the replacement is out of stock, you may choose an alternative of equal value or request a refund.


6. Return Shipping Instructions

  • Seal the package properly and mark it with your order number
  • Use a trackable shipping service and retain the receipt
  • Aapka Order is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit

7. Refund Processing

7.1 Inspection Process

Once received, our QA team inspects the return within 3–5 business days.

7.2 Refund Approval

If approved:

  • Refund is issued to the original payment method
  • Includes product price and applicable taxes
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless return is due to our error)

7.3 Refund Timeline

7.4 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply for:

  • Products showing signs of use or damage (not from shipping)
  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories
  • Products returned after 7 days (at our discretion)

8. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • ❌ Perishable goods (if applicable)
  • ❌ Fully rendered or consumed services
  • ❌ Gift cards or vouchers

9. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged/defective product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Detailed description of the issue

If confirmed, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no cost, including return shipping.


10. Wrong or Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days at:

11. Cancellation Policy

11.1 Before Shipment

Cancel by emailing support@aapkaorder.com. If the order hasn't been processed or shipped, a full refund will be issued.

Cancellation requests after shipment are treated as returns.

11.2 Subscription Cancellation

  • Cancel anytime via account settings or by contacting support
  • Takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for unused portions of the current period (unless required by law)
